Veteran teachers are COMMITTED.  They want to teach and enjoy working with students. In an era of significant teacher shortages, veteran teachers are an invaluable resource. They continue to teach year in and year out despite numerous challenges. By choosing to remain a teacher, veteran teachers demonstrate their deep commitment to the practice of teaching.
